In diesem zusätzlichen Download-Pack sind vier neue Level für die Einzelspieler-Kampagne vorhanden. Jeder Level ist so lange
wie ein Level im Hauptspiel. Ihr übernehmt die Rolle eines Replik Foxtrott 813 Soldaten der abgesetzt wird, um ein Einsatzteam zu verstärken.
Doch von Auburn, das in Schutt und Asche liegt, gehen übernatürliche Ereignisse aus und vertraute Stimmen sind zu hören, die Foxtrot813 dazu verleiten wollen,
gegen die Replica-Befehle zu verstoßen. Der Mehrspielermodus von F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin wird um den neuen Slow-Mo-Deathmatch-Modus ergänzt.
In Deathmatch-Mehrspielerpartien verlangsamen Spieler ihre Gegner nun mit einem Slow-Mo-Powerup, um sich so einen kurzzeitigen Vorteil zu verschaffen.
